Couples Therapy is a safe place in which you can finally discuss and
process the difficult issues that arise in partnership, without
being blamed or judged. In our sessions, both of you will have
plenty of room to talk and be heard completely. I will help you
explore your couple dynamics, identify and resolve issues that harm
your relationship, and learn healthier styles of relating. You will
also learn to communicate effectively so you can express yourselves
and understand each other in new, more satisfying ways. Through this
process, we'll work to deepen your emotional, spiritual, and
physical connection in ways that feel comfortable and fulfilling for
both of you.
Premarital Counseling,

Premarital Counseling is a safe place in which you can carefully
explore the many aspects involved in a healthy, happy marriage --
before you get married. Many topics can be explored, including but
not limited to values, goals, roles, expectations, communication,
honesty, career, finances, sexuality, fidelity,
spirituality, religion, child rearing, gender differences, age
differences, problem solving, stress management, extended family
relationships, and what it means to be married instead of single,
dating, or engaged. Premarital Counseling can be a wise choice

Counseling, Therapy,
and Enrichment
Family Therapy is a safe place in which the whole family can come to
my office and address important family concerns. Family Therapy can
be very powerful, and can benefit all members, regardless of age or
role. Because all members are present in my office, everyone can
learn to effectively address each other, resolve issues and
conflicts, and manage the natural life cycle changes that affect and
challenge all families. Members can also learn how to support each
other’s individuality and independence while nurturing and
